Welcome to PropertyTrader Pro! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and GXM Ventures FZE LLC, trading as PropertyTrader Pro ("PropertyTrader Pro", "we", "us", or "our"). Our registered office is located at:

By accessing or using the PropertyTrader Pro website, web application, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you of any changes and give you an opportunity to review them before they become effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

Description of Service

PropertyTrader Pro is a market intelligence platform providing real estate data, analytics, and insights for the Dubai property market. The Service aggregates and presents data including but not limited to:

• Property transaction records and history
• Price trends and market analytics
• Developer and project information
• Community and area statistics
• Off-plan property listings and data

Data Sources and Accuracy

The data presented through our Service is primarily sourced from the Dubai Land Department and other publicly available sources. While we strive to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the data, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The completeness or accuracy of the data
• The timeliness of data updates
• The suitability of the data for any particular purpose

Users should independently verify any information before making investment or purchasing decisions. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, legal, or investment advice.

Communications

You agree that we may send you emails and other communications related to your account and/or use of the Service. If you represent a for-profit entity, you consent to our use of your company's name and logo in our promotional materials unless and until you notify us in writing to cease such use.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that we own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights relating to the platform, design, and proprietary analytics. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

The underlying raw data sourced from public records remains in the public domain. However, our presentation, analysis, aggregation, and any derived insights from such data are proprietary to PropertyTrader Pro.

Use License

PropertyTrader Pro may offer both free and paid plans, each with its own set of features.

License Grant

Upon accessing the Service (whether through a free or paid plan), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the features of the Service as specified in your chosen plan. This license is for your personal or internal business use only.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data or analytics provided through the Service without our prior written consent
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service
• Misrepresent the source of data obtained through the Service

Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. However, some features may require account creation.

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

If you delete your account, the data will be flagged for removal and deleted from our systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws governing real estate transactions in the United Arab Emirates.

Prohibited Actions

• Engaging in any illegal activities using the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access the Service without permission

Payment Terms

For Users on Free Plans

No payment information is required for using our free plan features.

For Users on Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you via the Service. Refund eligibility is subject to our refund policy as communicated at the time of purchase.

Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

Updates and maintenance may be performed periodically, which may result in temporary service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Investment Advice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT OR PURCHASING DECISIONS. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND OR ENDORSE ANY SPECIFIC PROPERTIES, DEVELOPERS, OR INVESTMENTS.

Liability

The Service and all content provided through it are offered on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We and our suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, or any investment decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

Specifically, "consequential loss" includes any form of indirect loss, such as loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, or anticipated savings, whether arising under statute, contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

Right to Terminate

Severability

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GXM Ventures FZE LLC regarding your use of the Service. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you in any purchase order, request, or other document are expressly rejected by us and shall have no effect.

The failure of PropertyTrader Pro to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
